Now based in Vancouver, he brings that global experience into every dish he creates.

After years as an Executive Chef with some of the city’s most respected catering companies, Jeff chose to step away and build something more personal. Today, he focuses on private dining experiences — crafting bespoke menus tailored to each client, each gathering, and each occasion.
